Too simplistic

This is really only a payment tracker- too few features for a true rental property manager -- no means of tracking expenses associated with the property or to set up periodic costs or extras (such as parking or laundry). Interface uses days as the only period. It should be able to be set up by month or year.

Interface is nice, but doesnt do much for the user.
